COMIC PROJECT!This will be a HUGE Project and will have a lot of love and care put into it by you guys. After all is said and done, we'll be giving it to Vic Mignogna as an amazing Gift. ^^
First off, I’ll tell you how things will be done, PLEAS READ! So that you know exactly what's going down~
How To Sign Up: Sign Ups for this Project are now closed.The Story Premiss: General Vic Mignogna is leading his Army, "The Risembool Rangers" into war against Travis and the dreaded "Miniskirt Army" while also coming into other legions of the world, where The Other VAs control their borders. (Todd, ect.) All lands are at war. Their journey continues as Vic tries to win the war with his Anime characters that he brought to life using Alchemy, while the other VAs do the same in retaliation.
What conflicts will arise as the war continues? And how can all these bold personalities band together to pull out a Victory? Dodge-balls will fly as the conflict goes on.

Fullmetal Alchemist or
Ouran High School Host Club. (Though the 1st example one is more Serious in tone than the 2nd. lol)
If you are contributing in this Project in any way.
You MUST Read the before chapters. Keep it consistant!
Rules For Those Doing: "Pages" READ!
If you are doing a Page for The Comic Project, the dimensions of your Page is up to you, best to try to keep it consistent with pages already done.
Pages may be 5 Panels minimum and 9 Panels Maximum.
For dialog, please use word bubbles.
Please use the "Georgia" font.
Pages can be drawn by hand or Digitally drawn, whatever you're best at.
But it must be digitally colored and touched up. You are allowed to incorporate your own personal Drawing Style. However,
please keep it consistent to the rest of the Comic. If Vic is wearing a white dress shirt, he can't suddenly switch to wearing a blue T-Shirt. That would not make sense. lol
The Teams are defined by Headbands. Everyone on Vic's Team must be wearing a Red Headband with the Alchemy Symbol on it.
Alchemy Symbol Example. Travis' is Blue. ect. Try to use the Fan Club Logos on the Headbands.
Panels must be read from left to right. English Style.
All shall be done in Anime Style, so Vic will be Anime-Tized, ect. lol
No Fan Characters. There can be Rangers or Fan Characters in the Background. But the Main Cast must be Vic and his characters, Travis and his characters, Todd, the other VAs and their characters. ect. Official people!
Deadlines may or may not come into play as time goes on.
This is important. We have created a premise, but you must understand that you are not only drawing beautiful artwork for the Panels and the Comic Page, but you are helping the Story Along. In this way you must be a Writer and an Artist. You must enhance the Story as it goes while also choosing the view (think of it as you're also the Director.) of the pictures and the Panels.
Here is a Page from the FMA Manga for a good example of Artwork Telling a Story. We will love to see your humor too, but we want it to be consistent to the story. So if the Page 1 has the ending Panel more Serious, and you have Page 2, we want you to keep the mood of the Comic going. This is difficult but you guys will breathe life into this! ^^

Rules For Those Doing: "Covers" READ!
If you have been selected for A Cover, you are required to read the chapter your illustration is based on. How would you like to illustrate your Chapter? What do you think would be a good one-picture summery of the Story?
That's all up to you! So long as it's consistent with the story, you have a lot of room for creativity!
Rules For Those Doing: "Fan Art" READ!
This Category of contributors gives you the most freedom. You can illustrate whatever you would like for the story. Drawing Fan Art of a Story does not mean that it has to be copying a scene from a chapter of course, it just means you can do something created based on the concept.
Like for example, Vic hurling a Dodge-ball at somebody on the battlefield.
Digital or traditional for Fan Art is fine.
You have the choice to make your Fan Art whenever you would like while the comic is in progress. There will be more than one person doing Fan Art for the Back Covers, so your Fan Art will be added to the Pages with another few Rangers' to make the Comic look awesome after each chapter completion!!
