Ranger Activity: Fan Char Contest

Hello artist and writer Rangers!!  We've been getting lots of requests to do this contest again, so we're going to have our third official Fan Character Contest!!

This Contest is gonna be about designing a fan character for one of the Vic-Related Series'.  As long as a Vic character is present, this contest gives you the opportunity to use an original fan character created by you in this contest!!
( Lets try to have some variety in the series, FMA seems to get the most attention. )
This gives you writers and artists a chance to show some creativity in a different way!!  We hope you have lots of fun!

My 'mentor' so to put it, Shadow, only sighed as we kept moving through the damp dirt/muddy ground. I'm guessing you readers are probably wondering what's going on (while I'm sweating bullets) and who we are, right?
To put it in a way, right now you are talking to Cassie, the next 'supposed' descendant of Shadows rival: Sonic the Hedgehog, fur color, eyes and all. How I found out you ask? Well, to put into a short explanation:
1:it Involved me accidentally releasing this moody guy over here (Shadow: ) and Eggman in a weird base I found,
2: finding a necklace and a pair of shoes in a box in my attic,
and 3: having
3: - Loyal DogsBrigadier General Edward Elric liked most of his subordinates. He'd fought with them in the Drachma War, so he was used to them and knew each man's strengths and weaknesses. He'd saved their lives countless times, and they'd saved his. They'd all watched comrades fall into the snow, never to rise again. They'd all killed for each other's sake and the sake of their country. They knew what it meant to be a soldier, and they relied on each other as only soldiers can.
It was an adjustment to go from the front lines to sitting behind desks in an office. There hadn't been much time between getting Al's body back and being sent off to war, so Ed didn't really know what he was doing. He was a little surprised that he'd been given another promotion once he got home, but apparently someone thought being the lone survivor of a Drachman war prison was worth something. He suspected Mustang's hand in it.

Contest Info WRITING AND ART:
The Theme for this Contest is, "Fan Characters" draw or write about one of Vic's characters involved with an original fan character.

For you artists out there, draw one of Vic's characters in a scene with an original fan character of your own!  Try and use your own style when designing your character and give them a good reason to be affiliated, make sure the scene you create is creative too, find a way for them to be connected to one of Vic's characters.  (I'd love to see some villain characters. *Has a soft-spot for the bad boys* )  Make it seem as if your work is a scene right out of an anime, but new!  Create your own scene, we want you guys to have a premise in mind when you draw your scene and character, so in a way, you're also creating a story too.  If you don't have an original fan character yet, then try creating one!  Be inventive with your designs!  Remember that the best fan characters are the ones with an original back-story and design.  Write about your scene and premise in the comment section of your deviation.

For you writers, write a story and flesh out your fan character in your one-shot, create a good premise and conflict and keep the official characters, in-character!  There are so many different series' for you guys, so create an inventive new character in the same world.  Make sure there's a good reason for them to be in the world you choose, and make sure they come in contact with one of Vic's characters and there is an interesting reason why.
