Ranger Activity: Otaku Contest!

Alright guys!  We have a suggestion box that was posted the other day, so be sure to leave your ideas there, a few of the contest ideas are gonna be used in the future. ^__^
For now, we have this little fun one we've been planning.
We can't push the deadline too long, cause there's a lot to running a Contest here to keep track of hahaha, but I did push it back further than usual. ^_~

This Contest is not just for Vic characters, oh no, this is for ALL Anime and things you love, Video Games, Books, forms of Fiction, so long as it qualities under the theme.  What is the theme?  Your First Otaku Moment!

This is a two category Contest.
-Digital: Art drawn either completely on the computer or colored and re-done on the computer.
-Traditional: Art drawn with pencils and completely non-digital means. Can be non-colored or colored traditionally, pencils, ect.

You can submit 1 Entry per category!

Contest Info:
The Theme is, "Your First Otaku Moment!" draw or Cosplay your first moment becoming a fan of something.  We all know what it means to be a Fan of something that we find awesome, moving, or just really creative.  Anime Fans especially, are very dedicated Fans, but at first we all started out unsuspectingly.  So in other words, draw yourself or draw or cosplay a character to represent yourself!  
SO!  We want you to capture the moment that you first became a Fan of something, by drawing or portraying it through Cosplay.  Either you're raised loving all things considered Nerdy and EPIC, or you find it along the way.  We want you to draw or cosplay your personal moment of Otakudom!   Have fun!  

For me, it was a random day my Brother had me go downstairs to watch a little thing called Fullmetal Alchemist. ^_~

Rules ART:
Must be fitting to the Theme.
No tracing or copying of official art.
No yaoi or yuri.
No hentai.
Must be drawn after Contest opens.

Rules COSPLAY:
Must be fitting to the Theme.
No yaoi, yuri, or hentai. (Referring to the character Cosplayed.)
Picture must be taken after Contest opens.

Deadline:
February 6th.

How will we pick who wins?
Contest decided by member vote.
